Question One - Can I Order for products not found on your web site

We receive orders on items not found in our product listings and rspond to those requests. To place order not found in our listings go to contact us page and call any of the mobile numbers found.

Chris Best WA Ltd will document your order and give you all the necessary information pertaining to your request by phone or email.

Question Two - How do I Place my Order

You can place your Order by first going through our Product Listings and note the products we have. Proceed by sending us an email with the list of your request and we shall respond to you accordingly.

We shall give you all the necessary details on completing your order process and how to make your payments to receive your goods.

Question Three - What is your delivery policy

Our delivery policy includes the following:

  • We make optional delivery of goods upon request by the customer
  • The Customer shall bear the full cost of delivery including transportation, charges, enroute fees, loading and offloading of goods
  • Chris Best WA Ltd will pre-dtermine the size and weight of your order to give you the full delivery cost based on your location
  • The driver and the details of the vehicle carrying your goods will be sent to you as soon as the procedures are concluded for your goods to be despatched
  • We require an accident cover insurance where the cost of goods are at certain value. This information is provided over the telephone.
